Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Communication Strategy Manager and content partners to develop content concepts, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives along with timelines and expectations.
  • Develops original content across platforms, applying creativity and judgement including the team member portal, video, email, app, presentations, training materials, website, collateral and social media, while following established direction and messaging guidance.
  • Edits content for clarity, accuracy, grammar and alignment to audience and channel requirements.
  • Contributes creative ideas, research, and draft content that enhances audience engagement and understanding.
