• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in content strategy, content marketing, editorial planning, or related roles.
• Experience managing content calendars, requests, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage editorial calendar across digital channels aligned to campaigns and events.
• Lead content intake, planning, prioritization, and briefs with clear audience and success measures.
• Develop content briefs detailing audience, objective, message, channel, and timing.
• Research industry trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform content.
• Coordinate with communications, marketing, design, video, and subject matter experts to move content from concept to delivery.
• Manage workflows, timelines, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely output.
