What You Will Be Doing:

The individual selected for this full-time position will be primarily responsible for building content for RegEd’s online platforms. Successful candidates are results-oriented performers with technical design skills who can work closely with other internal departments discussing a client’s content materials and implementation support needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Review client-provided documents to ensure they meet minimum requirements for development.
  • Load the content using internal tools and third-party software applications following documented processes.
  • Test, review, and proof content to ensure accuracy according to client specifications.
  • Configure test environment and engage with clients during the user acceptance testing phase.
  • Provide support to customers and internal team members.
  • Deliver quality customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure and meet client project deadlines.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of a Technical Support or experience and/or other successful client-facing experience
  • Excellent business relations skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to successfully prioritize multiple projects with effective and timely follow-up.
  • Strong analytical skills, including understanding and troubleshooting software product configurations.
  • Extremely responsive, highly flexible, quick learner, and an effective problem solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to collaborate and brainstorm with co-workers.

Nice To Have:

  • Knowledge of Learning Management systems, Lectora, Captivate and Articulate course
  • Publishing software, and eLearning fundamentals and practices.
  • SaaS experience
  • Insurance industry knowledge
  • Capital markets industry knowledge

Pay Transparency:

The compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000

RegEd takes a market-based approach to pay. Your actual pay is based on your unique background, pertinent experience, work location and qualifications. In addition to competitive base pay and bonus program participation, RegEd’s total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package in addition to vacation, sick, volunteer time off and paid parental leave.
