  • Support visitor experiences with updated visuals and keepsakes.
  • Provide on-the-ground production support for VIP/customer visits and events.
  • Create platform-ready content (copy, visuals, short videos) for digital channels.
  • Use metrics/feedback to improve formats, timing, and topics for engagement.
  • Organize project folders, trackers, and runbooks for repeatable activities.
  • Build timelines and checklists to keep content and events on track.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative content specialist to elevate the storytelling and digital engagement for a high-profile manufacturing facility. This role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your multimedia skills to create compelling narratives, enhance visitor experiences, and drive digital communication. You will be at the heart of showcasing the facility's innovation and impact, working collaboratively to bring its unique story to life across various platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, capture, and produce high-quality video, photo, and simple design assets to tell the facility's story across internal and external channels.
  • Lead day-to-day production of leadership and huddle videos, capture key events, and gather evergreen footage and short-form assets for various communication platforms.
  • Maintain and continuously improve a shared library of facility-specific assets, including b-roll, stills, graphics, and presentations, for quick repurposing in media, VIP visits, tours, recruiting, and recognition.
  • Support and enhance the visitor experience by modernizing visuals, creating memorable keepsakes, and capturing compelling stories.
  • Provide logistical and on-the-ground production support for key experiences, including interactive activities, VIP and customer visits, and employee engagement events.
  • Develop platform-ready content, including copy, visuals, and short videos, for employee digital channels and related platforms.
  • Utilize available metrics and feedback to propose practical improvements to content formats, timing, and topics, optimizing engagement and reach.
  • Maintain organized project folders, trackers, and simple runbooks for repeatable activities such as tours, events, recurring meetings, and standard visitor experiences.
  • Build comprehensive checklists and timelines to ensure content production and event logistics remain on track and transparent to all stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with leaders and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Approach fast-moving situations and last-minute changes with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring smooth execution and adaptability.
What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, including video production, photography, and graphic design.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, capture, and produce high-quality multimedia assets.
  • Experience in storytelling and crafting narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in developing platform-ready digital content (copy, visuals, short videos).
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, workflow documentation, and asset management.
  • Ability to manage event logistics and support on-the-ground production.
  • Experience in utilizing metrics and feedback to inform content strategy and improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach to fast-paced and changing environments.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant content creation work (video, photo, design).
