Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Content Services Solution Engineer in Boston, MA to define, design and conduct the technical aspects of internal and client projects. You will lead workshops, analyze sales requirements, and help define new features to improve the product.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in software support and content management, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in software support and configuration.
• Experience in content management and data analysis.
• Self-motivated individual capable of demonstrating initiative.
• Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions to end-client.
• Detail oriented, good judgement and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in process development.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Committed to a high level of service.
• Professional and superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Web conferencing tools (WebEx, GoToMeeting)

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for software implementations and configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets and other related technologies.
• Analyze new sales requirements
• Be the expert in product features and define new features to improve the product
• Lead workshops, consulting and training events
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
