Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios Content Security organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional security initiatives in Glendale, CA. This in-office role (Mon–Thu) reports to the Director of Content Security Engineering, with Fridays remote.

You will partner with assessment and engineering teams to secure design, architecture, and tooling across cloud platforms and AI technologies, driving secure collaboration throughout the creative and technical pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in security or IT.
• Technical knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Develop and coordinate a strong program with consideration of stakeholders and team capabilities.
• Technical Partnership: Guide partners through secure design, architectural reviews, and technical assessments for tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships within Content Security, Studio Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, identify bottlenecks in security workflows, and automate use cases.
• Assessment & Metrics: Develop dashboards with KPIs and present program health reports to leadership.
• Emerging Technology: Stay ahead of trends in AI, cloud security, and content tooling.
• Problem Solving: Lead solutioning and ensure timely delivery of security initiatives.
