Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Content Security Program Manager to lead cross-functional security programs across cloud platforms, AI tooling, and content pipelines. This role requires partnering with assessment and engineering teams to embed security throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Must have technical knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs and interfacing with engineering teams to implement and optimize security tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate a strong program with consideration of stakeholders and resources.
• Serve as a liaison guiding partners through secure design, architectural reviews, and technical assessments for tools.
• Build relationships within Content Security, Studio Technology, and business stakeholders to align security initiatives with goals.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify bottlenecks in security workflows, and automate common use cases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards with KPIs to monitor program health and present insights to leadership.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, cloud security, and content pipeline tooling.
• Lead solutioning for challenges and ensure timely delivery of security initiatives.
