Job summary

United Water Restoration Group of South Florida is seeking a dependable Content Technician in Pompano Beach to join our mitigation team. You will pack, document, transport, clean, store, and restore belongings affected by water, fire, mold, or property damage.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions across residential and commercial settings. Previous related experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in content cleaning, restoration, moving, warehouse operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, inventory, and document contents from homes and businesses affected by disasters.
• Carefully handle, move, clean, deodorize, and restore belongings.
• Load and unload contents from company vehicles.
• Transport customer belongings to and from job sites, warehouses, cleaning facilities, and storage locations.
• Photograph and document contents before, during, and after restoration.
