About Lawfty: The Smarter Way to Win
Lawfty is a cutting-edge personal injury law firm that's transforming how people navigate personal injury claims. We've built a unique, data-driven approach, leveraging over a decade of proprietary case data—from initial inquiry to settlement, including millions of client calls and nearly a billion dollars in settlements. This powerful insight allows us to strategically match clients with the right legal expertise, inform critical decisions like settlement versus trial, and ultimately work towards optimal outcomes for every client. We're on a mission to make the personal injury process easier and more effective for individuals and their loved ones across various income levels and backgrounds.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly organized, creatively driven, and strategically minded Content Production Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. This pivotal role is responsible for bringing Lawfty's brand story, values, and client-focused approach to life through high-quality visual content. You'll manage the full lifecycle of content production; from filming to meticulous editing and performance analysis, ensuring our message resonates effectively across all platforms.
This is a predominantly remote role; however, it does require regular travel to our Northport office and surrounding areas for video shoots, company events, and team meetings several times a month.
If you're passionate about leveraging data to create impactful narratives and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly contributes to helping people, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
As our Content Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Content Production & Execution:
- Leading the end-to-end production of high-quality video content for paid channels, organic channels, and owned channels. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, directing, and executing shoots (both on-location and studio).
- Note: for larger scale shoots, this may also require contracting and managing outside production & cinematography resources.
- Performing meticulous video editing, incorporating advanced techniques to enhance storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and emotional engagement tailored for various platforms.
- Curating and light retouching of photo content.
- Audio recording, editing and layering of sound effects for channels such as radio and podcast.
- Ensuring all content maintains a consistent level of quality, brand alignment, and accuracy, meticulously reviewing work before delivery (e.g., legible headlines, correct branding).
- Proactively managing workload, priorities, and deadlines for content delivery.
- Taking ownership of insurance requirements, shot lists, and schedules for productions, providing ample clarity and notice to all involved stakeholders.
- Own the storage and organization of all video footage and photos to ensure easy access for team members, as well as necessary backups for all files.
- Strategic Content Development:
- Actively contributing strategic ideas and expert opinions to shape Lawfty's branded content, consistently pushing creative boundaries within brand guidelines and business goals.
- Developing strong presentation skills to clearly and persuasively communicate creative concepts, visuals (sketches, mood boards, storyboards), and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
- Continuously researching and adopting best practices for content creation and editing optimized for specific platforms (e.g., TikTok framing, multi-cam differentiation).
- Educating yourself on content performance metrics and platform specifics to become self-sufficient in understanding content impact and collaborating strategically with performance marketers and social media managers.
- Leveraging AI augmentation for video and photo content.
- Communicating effectively, respectfully, and clearly with all team members and stakeholders, ensuring your points are understood.
- Directing Lawfty “personalities” during filming to ensure alignment with overall Lawfty brand guidelines and each individual’s style guidelines.
- Providing content insights on our own content development, as well as other brand’s content that we might be able to learn from.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in content production, including high-quality video filming, editing, and photo production, ideally within a fast-paced in-house marketing team or agency.

- Creative Vision: A portfolio showcasing strong creative work, thoughtful camera angles, framing, and editing techniques that enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand how creative work contributes to broader marketing goals and KPIs and reflect this in your approach and individual goal development.
