You'll translate creative vision into execution, build scalable production systems, manage and develop our production team, and help ensure every project ships at the quality ENJOY is known for. This is a leadership role, but it's also hands-on. We want someone who's just as comfortable leading production meetings as they are jumping onto a set or solving problems in the field.What You'll Do* Serve as the VP of Content's day-to-day production partner.* Own ENJOY's production operating system, including production meetings, timelines, workflows, trackers, and accountability.* Lead production across YouTube, podcasts, original programming, branded content, and live productions.* Manage and develop our full-time Content Producer while leading our network of freelance editors, crew members, and production contractors.* Translate creative ideas into executable production plans while continuously improving production quality, workflows, and operational efficiency.* Partner with our Partnerships team to deliver branded content that feels authentic to our audience.* Help produce live events, original series, and special productions.* Maintain operational readiness across our Oak Brook production studio.**Who We're Looking For**The ideal candidate has:* **5–8 years** of progressive production experience.* Experience leading productions from concept through delivery.* Experience managing people, contractors, or production teams.* Deep understanding of YouTube, video podcasts, and digital-first storytelling.* The ability to balance creative thinking with operational excellence.* A willingness to lead from the front and jump into the work when needed.* Passion for basketball, sports and creator-led media.Experience working with streaming, broadcast, sports leagues, or premium digital productions is a plus.**Location**This is an **on-site role** based in **Oak Brook, Illinois (Chicago area)**.Candidates must either already be located in the Chicagoland area or be willing to relocate.
