SimpleTiger is seeking a Content Coordinator in Sarasota, FL to manage content assets and client communication through the production process. You will be the central link between clients, the editor, stock image vendor, and the Content Production Manager, ensuring assets and approvals flow smoothly across all stages.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and attention to detail, with a focus on keeping projects on track and assets correctly organized for final delivery.

Formación

• Experience in content coordination or similar client-facing support.
• Strong written communication and ability to provide clear updates to clients and internal contributors.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail in managing content versions, feedback, and assets.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate content projects across each production stage following AirOps workflows.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client briefs, source materials, drafts, images, feedback, and final deliverables.
• Communicate with clients to request missing information, share status updates, clarify feedback, and follow up on approvals.
• Coordinate handoffs between clients, the editor, stock image vendor, and Content Production Manager.
• Track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding requests with accurate production records.
• Consolidate client feedback into clear, actionable instructions for editors and contributors.
• Coordinate stock image requests and ensure assets align with briefs and requirements.
• Check assets, revisions, and approvals before moving content to the next stage.
• Flag delays, unclear requests, missing materials, or scope changes to the Content Production Manager.
• Prepare and organize final content assets for delivery with clear labeling and correct versions.
• Identify recurring coordination issues and suggest improvements to documentation and workflow.
