Job summary

The LOL Podcast in Denton, TX is seeking a creative, hands-on team member to help develop and produce a variety of social media content across our channels. This role will be involved throughout the content creation process, including contributing ideas, assisting with production, filming, post-production, and publishing content.

The day-to-day responsibilities will vary to meet team needs; you should be comfortable jumping in wherever needed to keep projects moving and help the team stay

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site in Denton, TX, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for recording schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, track tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hosts, guests, and team members, and to provide clear direction during production.
• Basic familiarity with filming and audio equipment required.
• Creative judgment and editorial sensibility to shape episode structure, refine topics, and maintain our tone and brand.
