Inkitt is seeking a Content Operations & Strategy Manager to shape the Galatea story catalogue with a blend of storytelling and data analysis. You will source, schedule, and price content across 10 markets, driving engagement and ROI with cost-efficient workflows.

You will collaborate with writers, editors, and marketing to optimize content, adopt AI for efficiency, and tailor strategies to local markets while preserving global quality.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in a content strategy role in a tech-driven, analytical environment.
• Startup experience is ideal.
• Proven ability to work with creatives.
• Exceptional data-to-action translation and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication across creative and analytical teams.
• Professional media business experience.
