Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Content Operations Specialist to support the Content team in Marketing. You’ll manage workflows, coordinate webinars, and oversee vendor relationships, while driving process improvements and tech-enabled efficiency.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, organization, and collaboration, with strong communication and attention to detail to serve internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, workflow management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing a high volume of requests.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar work management platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming project requests and workflows through Monday.com.
• Ensure projects are entered, assigned, prioritized, and tracked to completion.
• Monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders to keep work moving.
• Coordinate marketing activities around relocations, openings, and closures.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow visibility and automate tasks.
• Leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
• Support operational initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Coordinate client and prospect webinars, including scheduling and reporting.
