Our HIPAA-compliant CRM provides digital health companies with a centralized platform that includes omnichannel patient communication, scheduling, forms, task management, and a no-code automation builder.

Our platform equips companies with all of the tools needed to efficiently manage and scale patient outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationships.

The Healthcare CRM industry is a $17.9 Billion market largely run by legacy software providers that offer a generic CRM option that can be used in a healthcare setting. Unlike those companies, Tellescope gives digital health businesses a refreshing and innovative option that is actually designed specifically for them.

Role Overview

We are looking for a freelance marketer to help refine our content marketing strategy and generate content for our blog and social media (LinkedIn) to help increase brand awareness and strengthen SEO / AI search result suggestions).

This freelance role is expected to require around 10 hours per week, though actual hours may vary based on workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities and expectations for the Content Marketer

• Collaborate with our team to learn about the Tellescope product to inform recommendations for product positioning and future content
• Collaborate on GTM launches and product storytelling
• Identify areas for improving discoverability SEO and AI response generation
• Create images for posts using design tools like Canva
• Create blogs and other website content to increase SEO and AI response discoverability
• Create and manage a social media calendar for LinkedIn (and potentially other platforms in the future)
• Create posts for LinkedIn in accordance with the Social Media calendar
• Speak with existing Tellescope customers to write case studies
• Test, iterate, and scale what works
  
  
  

About You

You should be a self-starter who can work independently on assigned tasks. We're looking for someone who can not only help us develop a more refined content strategy but also take ownership of executing it.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in content marketing and content creation
• Experience creating content for B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
• Experience with design tools such as Canva for social posts
• Knowledge or experience working in Digital Health is a plus but not required
• Excellent at problem-solving and prioritizing competing tasks
• Experience complying with HIPAA-compliance requirements

About The Process

During the interview process, if qualified, you should expect to meet at least twice with our non-technical Co-Founder. We also will request a short writing sample of other posts and blogs that you have created for other companies.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits

This is a part-time 1099 contractor role, with an expected commitment of approximately 10 hours per week. As a contractor, this position does not include benefits or paid time off.

Compensation is hourly, ranging from $30 to $50 per hour, depending on experience.
