Job summary

Obsidian is seeking a hands-on Content Marketing practitioner to design and pressure-test AI training environments focused on content strategy, briefs, artifacts, and decision criteria. You will work with CMS tools such as Contentful, GA4, and Semrush to craft authentic tasks and evaluation standards.

The role emphasizes written reasoning, end-to-end editorial ownership, and the ability to create realistic scenarios that test planning, QA, and cross-tool orchestration across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in content marketing — ownership of editorial program end to end.
• Clear written reasoning — ability to explain why a decision is right.
• Experience designing AI training environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real content marketing work, including what is being tested and the decision to reach.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states needed for realistic tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria to distinguish strong responses from plausible but wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards.
