You’ll translate complex topics into accessible content, oversight content calendars, and leverage AI tools to scale production while ensuring alignment with ICPs and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a copywriter; digital focus a plus.
• Proven writer with experience as Content Marketing Manager or similar in B2B/B2C.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for scalable content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Copywrite marketing content and brand-level copy for ads, landing pages, and more.
• Manage content journey for SolarWinds Observability from adoption to expansion.
• Own content calendar for the Observability Expand Demand Generation team.
• Create content across emails, PPC, events, and landing pages for full-funnel campaigns.
• Develop a content repurposing framework for pillar assets.
• Build content series and editorial calendars balancing evergreen and timely topics.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas, outlines, or drafts; shape into clear, human copy.
• Align messaging with brand guidelines, personas, and playbooks.
• Research personalized content opportunities for existing customer segments.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
• Conduct fact-checking to ensure credibility and quality.
• Leverage SEO, AEO, and content distribution strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and agencies.
• Monitor content performance and optimize with data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
