Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a Partner Communications Manager to lead strategy, creation, and execution of partner communications for our global ecosystem. This individual contributor role translates priorities into clear, timely messaging and builds trusted relationships across Channel, Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, and regional teams.

You’ll own the editorial calendar, monthly partner newsletters, and the annual webinar cycle, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and aligned to partner

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partner communications, channel marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience building and executing multi-channel communications programs.
• Strong writing and editing skills for technical and business audiences.
• Experience owning an editorial calendar from brief to publish and measure.
• Experience producing newsletters and webinars, with logistics and reporting.
• Experience managing LinkedIn or similar social channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner communications strategy and editorial calendar across the global partner ecosystem.
• Develop audience-appropriate communications for partner programs, incentives, and updates.
• Translate complex program and operational info into concise partner messaging.
• Coordinate reviews, localization, compliance, and publication across channels.
• Lead end-to-end partner newsletter creation, production, and post-send reporting.
• Manage monthly partner webinar cycle from planning to follow-up.
• Oversee the partner LinkedIn page and maintain editorial cadence.
• Deliver internal partner communications to Sales, CAMs, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Channel leadership and cross-functional teams.
