Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead execution of brand initiatives across emails, digital content, and sales materials. You’ll partner with product managers, marketing, and agencies to ensure timely, compliant delivery aligned with brand strategy.

Based in Cary, NC, this hybrid role emphasizes project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to regulatory requirements while driving campaign performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 4–5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare marketing, or a regulated environment.
• Experience with promotional material development, PRB/MLR review, and multichannel campaigns.
• Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience preparing materials for regulated review including annotations and approvals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarize decisions clearly.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of approved brand initiatives including emails, digital content, sales materials, and campaign updates.
• Manage projects from intake to delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and closeout.
• Translate product direction into deliverables and advise on strategy, messaging, or budget.
• Facilitate status meetings, drive accountability, resolve issues affecting timing or quality.
• Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Manage agencies and vendors with clear briefs and priorities; oversee PRB/MLR reviews.
• Maintain quality and compliance across references, documentation, and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve execution and readiness.
• Coordinate campaign activation, measurement, reporting inputs, and handoffs across teams.
• Capture campaign learnings to drive improvement.
• Oversee budgets, estimates, SOWs, PO invoices, and vendor documentation.
