Recognition One, a B2B SaaS company, seeks a Content Marketing Executive to own the production and publishing of research, case studies, emails and varied formats. You’ll translate strategy from the Senior Marketing Manager into finished work and help shape the company’s first dedicated content function.

This delivery-focused role covers end-to-end content from brief to publication, ensuring timely, high-quality output aligned with the marketing plan.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in content, marketing or communications (minimum).
• Strong writing skills with ability to turn research into clear, credible content.
• Organised and reliable, able to manage several pieces and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and pride in a finished piece, not just a publish.
• Hands-on with content production: formatting, emails, CMS, layout.
• Interest in B2B and SaaS, buyer decision processes, content usefulness.
• Curious about new formats and engaging content.
• Comfortable using AI in workflow with good judgment on when to apply it.

Responsabilités

• Own the content production pipeline from brief to publication, including first-party data, assets and blog content.
• Create case studies and customer proof: quotes, statistics and proof points for Sales and Marketing.
• Build newsletters, emails and LinkedIn articles; ensure polished, on-schedule delivery.
• Manage third-party profiles and reviews on buyer research platforms (G2) and keep evidence fresh.
• Repurpose content across formats: podcasts, courses, reports, social posts and emails.
• Support product launches with updates, feature pages and sales enablement content.
• Use AI to improve efficiency while protecting quality and brand tone.
• Explore new formats with the Senior Marketing Manager and freelance editor.
