Job summary

Community Phone Company is seeking its first Content Marketing Manager to define our editorial voice, build a scalable content engine, and drive awareness, engagement, and trust at scale. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with product, sales, customer support, and leadership to surface meaningful stories and transform them into resonant content across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in B2B content marketing at a high-growth tech company
• Portfolio of thoughtful, strategic content including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, or scripts
• Ability to balance storytelling and strategy across brand and pipeline
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve our content marketing roadmap across web, email, social, thought leadership, and more
• Build a system to consistently produce and scale high-impact content, from product launches to case studies to category-defining ideas
• Editorial execution: write and edit compelling content that clarifies our value and tells our story
• Translate complex product concepts into accessible narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ghostwrite for the CEO and other executives to produce thought pieces and keynote outlines
• Develop a smart distribution plan to reach the right audiences across channels
• Own organic content growth through modern SEO strategies, internal linking, and experimentation
• Craft and maintain a clear brand voice across all touchpoints
