TRM Labs is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to shape flagship B2B content and ensure it reaches strategic audiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to produce on-brand content, maintain a high editorial standard, and push a data-driven SEO/GEO strategy.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled drafting, rapid content iteration, and ownership of TRM's voice across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing with flagship work.
• Strong editorial judgment and standards setting.
• AI-enabled research, drafting, repurposing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create flagship content with TRM's SME teams to establish TRM as an authority on key issues.
• Own distribution across TRM channels and partner with Demand Gen, Comms and other teams to reach target audiences.
• Define TRM's voice and tone; build style guides, templates and AI workflows for on-brand content.
• Lead the TRM blog/Resources hub and, with partners, SEO/GEO content strategy to improve search visibility and citations.
