Job summary

FNBO in Omaha, NE seeks an Intern to support the Content Marketing team by capturing content, storytelling, and backstage material at events.

You'll engage daily on social channels, brainstorm trends, draft posts and ideation for Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and help with contest rules and approvals.

This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to brand design, promotions, and reputational risk awareness while collaborating with a creative team.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing with attention to grammar and sentence structure.
• Very familiar with Facebook, Threads, Instagram, TikTok and emergent social platforms.
• Hybrid work readiness and collaboration in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture content and storytelling support for campaigns and events.
• Assist in capturing behind-the-scenes content at events, including volunteer or intern events.
• Identify and pitch intern stories for spotlight features.
• Engage proactively on social channels daily (commenting, posting, tagging).
• Ideation and filming for Instagram, TikTok, Threads; post-ideation for Threads.
• Help create rules for social media contests and coordinate with legal for approvals.
• Recommend trends appropriate for the bank to execute; monitor competitor content.

Graphic design experience a plus.Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and sentence structure.A proactive, self-starter who works well in a collaborative, team environment.Quick learner who can learn and adapt new organizational processes and changing business demands.Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Work Environment:It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
