Role and Responsibilities

As the Content Marketing Coordinator , you will lead all content marketing initiatives that drive prospective customers to our website and generate high-quality leads.

Key responsibilities :

• Publish three new pieces of content per week , including articles, videos, audio, and infographics
• Develop premium content such as eBooks, white papers, and webinars
• Work with Sales, Product Management, and other teams to plan and execute content strategies
• Lead website updates and enhancements
• Monitor and optimize SEO and web analytics performance
• Manage and grow engagement across social media platforms
• Coordinate trade shows and create associated marketing materials
• Set, track, and report on the ROI of all marketing activities

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write and edit clearly, quickly, and effectively
• Strong skills in digital graphic design
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Experience with WordPress , Canva , and infographic tools
• Excellent interviewing and communication skills to work with subject matter experts and customers
• Data-driven mindset with passion for analytics and ROI measurement
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Recent college graduate is welcomed, but prefers 1–3 years of experience in journalism, writing, or B2B content marketing
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently manage projects.
• Knowledge of fiber optics is a strong plus but not required
• Salary range : 60K – 100K, depending on qualifications and experience.
