The Role:
As aSenior Content Marketerat Animalz, you’ll lead the execution of content strategies for a portfolio of B2B tech clients. This role goes beyond writing—you’ll oversee content pipelines, manage freelancers, collaborate with designers, and serve as a strategic partner to clients. Working closely with Heads of Content, you’ll ensure every piece of content aligns with business goals, SEO best practices, and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-performing content (blogs, guides, landing pages, emails) that drives engagement and conversions.

  • Manage freelance writers, ensuring timely delivery and editorial excellence.

  • Optimize existing content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals and multimedia assets.

  • Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.) and refine strategies based on data insights.

  • Deliver monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting key results and strategic adjustments.

  • Stay ahead of content marketing trends, including AI-assisted workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4–6 yearsof B2B SaaS or agency content marketing experience.

  • Proven ability to craft SEO-optimized, conversion-focused content.

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing freelancers and editorial calendars.

  • Proficiency in content tools (Clearscope, HubSpot, Google Analytics) and AI-assisted writing.

  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.

  • Passion for technology and the ability to simplify complex topics.
