OWN Real Estate's Studio 1651 is seeking a full-time Content Manager to lead the in-house media team. You will own the content calendar, coordinate editors, videographers, and coordinators, and ensure high-volume, on-brand output that drives client leads.

You'll oversee shoots across the Bay Area, leverage AI and automation for research and publishing, and report to the Founder. This leadership role blends strategic oversight with hands-on content execution.

We're hiring a full-time Content Manager to run Studio 1651, the in-house media team at OWN Real Estate. We publish across multiple YouTube channels, Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, and our website, and we're launching new channels and series all the time. You'll own the calendar, keep the team on schedule, and make sure high-volume, on-brand content goes out every week.

This is a leadership role, not a posting role. You'll manage a team of editors, videographers, and coordinators, and you'll be the person who turns a big idea list into published content that actually brings in clients.

About Us

OWN Real Estate is a ~20-agent residential brokerage in Millbrae, affiliated with Keller Williams, doing $200M+ in annual volume across San Francisco and Northern San Mateo County. Founder Wilson Leung has closed 1,500+ transactions over 15+ years.

Studio 1651 is our in-house media agency, named after our office at 1651 El Camino Real. Content isn't a side project here. It's how we win listings. We run a growing network of channels covering personal brand, brokerage brand, Bay Area local news and community, property walkthroughs, market reports, and SEO content for our website. Short-form and long-form, video and written.

We use AI and automation heavily for research, scripting, and publishing. You'll be working alongside those systems, not around them.

• Location: On-site at our Millbrae office (1651 El Camino Real), plus shoots across SF and the Peninsula

• Schedule: Full-time, W-2. Some early mornings or weekends for shoots and open houses.

• Reports to: Wilson Leung, Founder

• Pay: $65,000-$75,000 plus performance bonus tied to output and lead growth.
