The Content Manager will work closely with our Content Operations Strategists, who determine content topics and strategic direction, as well as our SEO, account management, design, and development teams to ensure content aligns with client goals and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager and exceptional writer/editor who enjoys developing others, improving processes, and leading through change. They communicate with confidence, bring solutions, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Directly manage, coach, mentor, and develop Content team.
  • Establish clear expectations, goals, quality standards, and performance requirements.

Content Creation and Editing
  • Research, write, revise, and edit content for clients across a variety of industries.
  • Create SEO-driven content for websites, service and practice-area pages, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
  • Review, edit, and approve content before client delivery or publication.
  • Revise client-provided content while maintaining the client's intended message and brand voice.
  • Ensure content is accurate, original, well organized, easy to understand, and appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Verify client-specific information, factual claims, terminology, calls to action, and other important details.
  • Maintain strong standards for grammar, spelling, tone, formatting, and readability.
  • Step in to complete writing and editing assignments when workload, staffing, or deadlines require additional support.
  • Contribute to NUVEW's website content, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and other internal marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to balance client expectations, quality, productivity, deadlines, and business needs.
  • Strong professional judgment, discretion, and follow-through.
