Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Content Management Analyst to support our web content initiatives and assist with content creation, proofreading, and basic project coordination. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to shape the organization’s digital presence and improve user engagement.

The role focuses on content quality, accuracy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/math or related field, tax experience, and familiarity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Public accounting tax experience or corporate tax experience is preferred.
  • ProSystem or Axcess experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Designs the complete user experience for all assigned products, including input, calculations, help screens, electronic filing, and printing functionality.
  • Conducts product testing and debugging of tax programs to ensure accuracy and complete functionality.
  • Tests assigned products and cross-test products designed by other analysts.
  • Provide seasonal customer support.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

As a Content Management Analyst, you'll embark on a rewarding journey to support our web content initiatives. Working closely with a team of seasoned professionals, you'll assist in shaping the digital presence of our organization by supporting content creation, proofing, and basic project coordination. Your contributions will play an essential role in enhancing user engagement and content effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Designs the complete user experience for all assigned products, including input, calculations, help screens, electronic filing, and printing functionality
  • Conducts product testing and debugging of tax programs to ensure accuracy and complete functionality.
  • Tests assigned products and cross-test products designed by other analysts
  • Provide seasonal customer support
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Income Tax Preparation experience working in a Public Accounting Firm or Corporate Tax department or software development experience
  • ProSystem or Axcess software user experience a plus but is not required

Compensation:

$36,400.00 - $62,125.00 USD Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
