Job summary

K Squared Construction & Design seeks a hands-on Content Manager to own video and social media across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will plan, film, edit, and publish daily short-form and weekly long-form content, highlighting luxury construction projects and behind-the-scenes craftsmanship.

You will engage audiences, pre-filter leads, track performance, and iterate based on data, with founders appearing on-site as talent.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own video/content across platforms (IG, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong pacing, captions, and visual storytelling instincts.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube strategy, and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Research topics, write hooks, manage the content calendar.
• Film on-site at luxury construction projects and client reveals.
• Edit long-form videos (8–15 min) and short-form clips (15–60 sec).
• Create titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and end screens.
• Publish daily across company and founder personal accounts.
