You will plan, film, edit, and publish daily short‑form and weekly long‑form content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, showcasing transformations and craftsmanship to tell the story of building dream homes.

This high‑ownership role posts natively, engages audiences, pre‑filters leads, tracks performance, and iterates based on data.

Qualificações

• Portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form video you fully owned.
• Strong pacing, captions, and visual storytelling instincts.
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube strategy.
• Proficiency with video editing tools listed above.

Responsabilidades

• Research topics, write hooks, manage content calendar.
• Film on-site at luxury projects.
• Edit long-form (8–15 min) and short-form (15–60 sec).
• Create titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and end screens.
• Repurpose founder expertise into content.
• Publish daily across company and founder accounts.
• Respond to DMs within 24 hours and pre-filter qualified leads.
• Use automation tools to engage viewers and surface warm prospects.
