Job summary

Fast Talk Labs in Boulder, CO, is seeking a Content Production Manager to oversee media production across podcast, YouTube, newsletters, and social channels. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, communications, content marketing, or a related field.
• Experience partnerships, project management
• An understanding of the modern media landscape and ways to increase influence and engagement
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience with podcast and YouTube publishing and management
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage many concurrent projects without losing track of deadlines or follow-ups
• Familiarity with SEO and YouTube content optimization
• Comfort learning new software and building new processes
• A collaborative approach and comfort working with a small team where responsibilities frequently overlap

Responsibilities

• Lead a leadership-driven strategy to grow podcast and YouTube engagement
• Coordinate day-to-day publishing and promotion across podcast, YouTube, web, and social channels
• Identify compelling short-form clips, hooks, and promotional moments from podcasts and long-form videos
• Develop SEO-focused podcast and YouTube titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, and website key phrases
• Create promotional copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels
• Coordinate approximately six email newsletters per month, including writing, editing, content selection, and CTAs
• Work with Content Director, podcast hosts, coaches, experts, and team members to translate technical topics into accessible content
• Help manage advertising and partnership business across channels
• Prepare media kits, campaign proposals, and sponsorship packages
• Track campaign performance and provide audience/content metrics to partners
