Learfield is seeking a Content Strategy & Distribution Manager to lead digital content strategy, social media, and distribution for PRCA platforms from its Colorado presence. You will manage publishing calendars, optimize content for each channel, and collaborate with sponsors and partners to maximize engagement and revenue.

You will oversee content production teams, create engaging storytelling, and travel to events to capture live material.

• Lead digital content strategy and distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook.

• Optimize content to maximize reach, engagement, and revenue opportunities.
• Travel to select rodeos/events for live content capture and interviews.
