AiPrise is hiring a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our media engine. You’ll own strategy, creation, and growth of content across long-form research, newsletters, podcast, and social channels.

You’ll work with founders, product teams, customers, and industry experts to turn real insight into stories that compliance leaders read and act on. 5+ years in content marketing, exceptional writing, comfort on camera, and a data-driven mindset are essential. On-site in San Jose, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing, editorial, or journalism.
• You’ve built content programs from the ground up with measurable results.
• You’re an exceptional writer and editor with a strong point of view.
• Comfortable on camera and behind a mic; able to host conversations with experts.
• You translate complex topics clearly and rigorously, with sourced data.
• You work directly with founders, executives, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Content strategy across channels with a clear editorial point of view.
• Long-form content: research, reports, white papers, guides.
• Oversee the newsletter Compliance Compass and grow its audience.
• Lead the podcast from concept to distribution and growth.
• Create organic social content to build audience and attention.
• Repurpose ideas across channels to maximize impact.
• Turn insights from experts into stories that resonate.
• Measure results and prune what isn’t working.
