Job summary

AiPrise is seeking a Content Lead to own our media engine. You will shape strategy, create long‑form research, newsletters, podcasts, and social content. You’ll work with founders, product teams, customers, and industry experts to turn real insight into content that informs and influences compliance leaders.

You’ll lead editorial direction, build from scratch where needed, and build a program that readers trust and share. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing, editorial, or journalism.
• Built content programs from the ground up with measurable results.
• Exceptional writing and editing with a strong point of view.
• Comfortable on camera and behind a mic, hosting conversations with experts.
• Able to simplify complex technical topics with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy across channels with a clear editorial POV.
• Create long-form content: research, reports, white papers, guides.
• Grow the Compliance Compass newsletter and make it industry-read.
• Own the podcast from concept to distribution and growth.
• Produce organic social content to build audience and attention.
• Repurpose strong ideas across channels.
• Collaborate with founders and SMEs to turn insight into stories.
• Measure results and kill underperforming content quickly.
