Job summary

ECLARO seeks a Content Management Specialist in New Jersey to act as a bridge between Brand Teams, enabling functions, and the SAMai platform. You will ensure content accuracy, tagging, and accessibility within SAMai, and manage metadata standards.

This contract role offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and responsibility for lifecycle management, user access, and content workflows to support GenAI-driven strategy and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with content lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with taxonomy and metadata standards.
• Knowledge of AI-driven content generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Govern SAMai content quality, currency, and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day user access administration.
• Define area of responsibility and governance cadence.
• Coordinate with Brand Teams to submit timely, accurate documents.
• Maintain content library for findability and lifecycle updates.
• Oversee content production workflows across channels.
