Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Content Management Specialist to support SAMai and the UBP Updates Accelerator. You will own metadata governance, tagging, and taxonomy to ensure accurate, searchable content and compliant assets across channels.

You will manage access, coordinate with Brand Teams and agencies, and drive lifecycle management for enterprise content libraries, enabling GenAI-driven strategies and fast time-to-market with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or related field.
• MBA or higher degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of metadata standards, tagging protocols, and content governance.
• Experience organizing enterprise content libraries for scalability and reuse.
• Experience driving GenAI-enabled content strategies and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure content quality, compliance, and accessibility across SAMai and the UBP Updates Accelerator.
• Manage day-to-day user access administration - new access, and disablement in line with the approved Access Model.
• Define and manage area of responsibility and align maintenance cadence to governance needs.
• Coordinate with Brand Teams and agencies to ensure timely, accurate strategic document submission and resolve gaps.
• Maintain the content library's currency and lifecycle management.
