IBC Roofing is seeking a content-first Social Media Manager to drive organic growth from job-site content. The role sits in a Marketing team and is a full-time in-office position, focusing on multi-channel growth and lead attribution.

You will shoot and edit short-form videos, create on-brand graphics, and craft SEO-friendly captions. The ideal candidate combines outdoor content experience with strong writing and growth-driven analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency
• Proven organic growth track record with measurable results
• Video editing proficiency using CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve
• Graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe apps
• Deep understanding of IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn algorithms
• Ability to create content in outdoor jobsite environments
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and long-form captions
• Proficient with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics
• Strong written communication and brand voice
• Self-starter who meets deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social channels with a focus on organic reach
• Build and execute a monthly content calendar
• Shoot, direct, and edit short-form video content for Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
• Design on-brand graphics, stories, and post layouts
• Write captions with SEO and CTAs to drive engagement
• Engage with followers, comments, DMs, and reviews
• Stay current on algorithm shifts and trends
• Coordinate with field crews to capture on-site content
• Track KPIs monthly and report performance
• Run A/B tests to improve formats, timing and copy
