Qualifications

• Proven organic growth track record with measurable results.
• Video editing proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci.
• Graphic design skills to create on-brand visuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social channels with a focus on organic reach.
• Build and execute a monthly content calendar.
• Shoot, direct, and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts.
• Design on-brand graphics, stories, and post layouts.
• Write compelling captions with SEO-friendly copies and CTAs.
• Engage with followers to build a loyal community.
• Track KPIs and report monthly on growth and leads.
• Coordinate with field crews to capture on-site content.
