Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Content Editor to join our Marketing team and own the Central Solutions and Institutional content beats. You will source ideas from subject matter experts, drive drafting and editing, shepherd content through compliance review, and feed the firmwide calendar for webinars and live events.

You’ll work across formats—thought leadership, white papers, blogs, videos, and collateral—ensuring material is clear, authoritative, and Cerity voice-aligned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of content creation experience with published work
• Experience interviewing SMEs and synthesizing drafts
• Strong literacy in investments and capital markets
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management
• Experience collaborating across marketing, legal/compliance, and internal business teams

Responsibilities

• Lead content beats from idea to publication and reporting
• Build relationships with subject matter experts
• Publish thought leadership across formats
• Create collateral supporting prospect and client conversations
• Define briefs and ensure messaging aligns with Cerity Partners voice
• Translate investment concepts into clear, authoritative writing
• Own production process end-to-end with design and compliance
• Maintain firmwide content calendar and plan ahead
• Contribute to broader firm content as needed
• Edit to Cerity Partners voice and AP style
• Catalog and refresh published content
• Track performance and internal adoption
• Use AI tools judiciously across content lifecycle
