Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Content Editor in New York to drive editorial operations for Central Solutions and Institutional content. You will source ideas from SMEs, interview, draft, edit, and shepherd pieces through stakeholder and compliance review, feeding the firm-wide content calendar.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with design and video resources, and ensure content meets Cerity Partners voice and AP style while leveraging AI tools responsibly in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of content creation with published work, incl. visual media.
• Experience turning SME input into drafts and managing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Solutions and Institutional content beats from idea to publication and reporting.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts.
• Publish thought leadership across formats: papers, blogs, videos, graphics, bylines.
• Create collateral supporting prospect and client conversations.
• Define piece objectives and translate complexity into clear writing.
• Coordinate production with design/video and compliance reviews.
• Maintain firm-wide content calendar for visibility and planning.
• Edit to Cerity Partners voice and AP style.
• Track performance and iterate based on feedback.
• Leverage AI tools across content lifecycle with professional judgment.
