Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Content Editor to join our Marketing team, focusing on Central Solutions and Institutional content. You will shepherd ideas from SMEs through drafting, editing, and publication, and drive the firm-wide content calendar for planning and execution.

The role involves converting investment concepts into clear, authoritative content across formats while coordinating with legal/compliance and design teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of content creation experience with published work.
• Demonstrated ability to interview, synthesize, draft and secure engagement from senior SMEs.
• Working literacy in investments and capital markets; ability to assess market commentary and investment materials.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to run multiple pieces simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Solutions and Institutional content from idea sourcing to publication and post-publication reporting.
• Develop relationships with subject matter experts and coordinate with compliance and legal reviews.
• Oversee formats across thought leadership and collateral (white papers, blogs, videos, graphics, bylines).
• Translate complex investment concepts into clear, authoritative content while maintaining Cerity Partners voice and AP style.
• Own end-to-end production, including working with design/video resources and calendar planning.
