Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Content Editor to drive publishing across Central Solutions and Institutional beats. You will source ideas from subject matter experts, interview, draft, edit, and shepherd content through stakeholder and compliance review, feeding the firm-wide calendar.

You’ll produce thought leadership and collateral across formats, manage a production pipeline, and ensure Cerity Partners voice and AP style across all work, while leveraging AI tools responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 4+ years of content creation experience with published work.
• Experience turning SME insights into draft content through interviews and synthesis.
• Ability to manage multiple pieces through editorial review in a regulated environment.
• Comfort reading investment/capital markets materials and extracting key points.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, legal/compliance, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Solutions and Institutional content beats from ideation to publication and review.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts for ongoing content sourcing.
• Publish thought leadership across formats—white papers, blogs, videos, graphics, bylines.
• Create collateral to support prospect and client conversations (one-pagers, overviews, decks).
• Translate complex investment concepts into clear, authoritative content.
