Content Editor / Technical Content Editor

Join to apply for the Content Editor / Technical Content Editor role at Designit.

We are looking for a Content Editor to join our enterprise tech client's product experience team to work on Customer Facing self-help content.

This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must be available during PST working hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with authors on documents across the full product suite.
• Reviewing and refining self-help content created by SPMs/Service Principals.
• Supporting authors with troubleshooting and product tools.
• Defining and executing roadmaps for internal and external services.
• Designing and implementing programs to increase feature adoption and improve solution quality.
• Ensuring communication aligns with brand style guidelines.
• Tracking and reporting support KPIs.
• Writing and maintaining technical materials and records.
• Work will be approximately 75% independently, with 10% meetings and 20% collaboration via Teams.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or support.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, English, journalism, or communications.
• Experience with technical support, documentation, and product support.
• At least 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, and GitHub.

Compensation:

$40-$42/hr, based on experience and interview evaluation.
