Qualifications

This role develops and manages high-quality training and standardization content to support safe, consistent, and compliant Group 3+ UAS operations for Platform Aerospace. The role would develop new content, help establish content standards, and manage projects that advance the maturity and effectiveness of the Training department. This position works closely with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Standardization teams to ensure training materials accurately reflect operational procedures and best practices. Some travel is required.

• The annual base salary range for this position is $67,000.00 to $86,000.00. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education and training, job-related knowledge and skills, the scope and level of responsibility of the position, internal equity, and market/business considerations. The listed range is a general guideline and may vary based on the selected candidate's qualifications and work location, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of training or a degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field.


• Military flight experience is highly desirable.


• Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.


• Private Pilot License (PPL).


• Experience supporting training or standardization programs within a government or contractor environment.


• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).


• Graphic design or multimedia editing experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing).
