Senior Content Designer (Remote-Friendly | Hybrid Option Available)

We’re on the hunt for a Senior/Medior Content Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance. If you know your way around A/B testing, can shape content that speaks clearly across platforms, and love working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketers—this one’s for you.

The freelance project – we need candidates with an active business license in Czechia.

Location: Remote-first (Czech Republic preferred), with the option to work from our Prague office once a week

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Experiment & optimize: Lead A/B testing for content, analyze results, and iterate fast to boost engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate like a pro: Partner with product designers, developers, and marketing leads to turn complex ideas into simple, impactful messaging.
• Own the narrative: Craft content for multiple well-known brands under our umbrella, each with a distinct voice and audience.
• Lead & influence: Manage high-impact projects, mentor junior writers, and guide the content strategy with user insights.
• Stay sharp: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor messaging, and evolving user behavior to inform your work.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

What You Bring

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or performance-focused copywriting
• Mastery of messaging that converts—plus the skill to adapt your voice to different audiences and brands
• Solid experience working cross-functionally in agile environments
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, user research, and performance data
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Figma, ChatGPT, Jira, and other design tools
• Professional level of English

Bonus Points If You Have

• Familiarity with localization and working with international teams
• Understanding of design principles and how content fits into the bigger picture
• A collaborative spirit and positive attitude that helps teams thrive
