Job description

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our creative team. You are an experienced creative professional responsible for executing high quality design for a variety of mediums including digital, print, and even video. You have a keen eye to uphold brand standards and ensure compositional decisions have clear purpose. You will report to the creative leadership.

This role is open to remote candidates in the United States or Canada, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.


Responsibilities
  • Execution of design projects based on art direction from leadership
  • Understand and interpret client feedback and make recommendations to solve design challenges
  • Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new design techniques and tools to the team.
  • Ensure design aligns with briefs and strategic/creative direction and brand guidelines
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting stringent regulatory deadlines.
  • Collaborate with copy resources to ensure continuity between art and copy
  • Revise art based on internal and client feedback
  • Present art and final deliverables to internal team
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience creating art and design for a variety of mediums (digital/video/print) in a marketing agency - experience with pharmaceutical clients is required
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with team members across departments.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
