We’re looking for a Senior/Medior Content Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance. The freelance project – we need candidates with an active business license in Czechia.

Location: Remote-first (Czech Republic preferred), with the option to work from our Prague office once a week

Job Description

• Experiment & optimize: Lead A/B testing for content, analyze results, and iterate quickly to boost engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate effectively: Partner with product designers, developers, and marketing leads to turn complex ideas into simple, impactful messaging.
• Own the narrative: Craft content for multiple well-known brands under our umbrella, each with a distinct voice and audience.
• Lead & influence: Manage high-impact projects, mentor junior writers, and guide content strategy with user insights.
• Stay sharp: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor messaging, and evolving user behavior to inform your work.

Candidate Profile

What You Bring

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or performance-focused copywriting
• Mastery of messaging that converts—plus the skill to adapt your voice to different audiences and brands
• Solid experience working cross-functionally in agile environments
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, user research, and performance data
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Figma, ChatGPT, Jira, and other design tools
• Professional level of English
