Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking an experienced email content writer to craft customer-facing communications for our marketing and product teams. You will produce compelling monthly feature updates, welcome emails, and other messaging, while ensuring precise HTML formatting and alignment with our messaging strategy.

You’ll collaborate across functions, refine content using AI-enabled prompts, and prepare materials for localization hand-off.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience delivering product customer-facing email content communications.
• Experience writing long and short-form content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Styleguide and tools including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, M365, and Copilot.
• Proficiency with content management systems and working in HTML/Markdown.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end publishing support, ensuring correct formatting and messaging alignment using AI-enabled tools.
• Author, check in, and format email content.
• Co-manage content links for email campaigns.
• Prepare content for localization hand-off and update emails with localized content.
• Validate emails before publishing and correct issues.
• Transfer knowledge and workflows for AI-driven HTML email generation, including generating HTML files and JSON-to-CSV localization data.

What You'll Do

• Develop email content for various communication types, including monthly updates for new features and value-adds related to the AI product.


• Manage ad-hoc updates and enhancements for welcome emails.


• Provide end-to-end publishing support to ensure email content is accurately formatted and aligned with messaging strategy, utilizing and fine-tuning AI-enabled tools and processes.


• Author, check in, and format email content.


• Co-manage content links for email campaigns.


• Prepare content for localization hand-off and update emails with localized content.


• Validate emails and make necessary corrections prior to publishing.


• Transfer knowledge and workflows for AI-driven HTML email generation, including:
  
  
  
  • Generating HTML files with AI prompting for content.
  
  
  • Generating compatible HTML files.
  
  
  • Exploring the use of JSON files and related prompts to convert data to CSV for localization hand-off.
