This organization is at the forefront of digital transformation, dedicated to creating impactful products and services that shape the future of how people work and connect. Joining this team means contributing to a mission-driven environment where creativity and technological advancement are highly valued.

Are you a detail-oriented content professional with a passion for automation? This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact how digital content is managed and delivered for a world-class organization. As a key player, you will transform manual content operations into efficient, scalable workflows, directly influencing the quality, speed, and reach of critical information. Your expertise in both content publishing and automation will drive innovation, streamline processes, and ensure that high-quality content reaches its audience effectively and consistently.

What You'll Do

  • Perform meticulous quality assurance checks on content templates, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring adherence to publishing standards, metadata accuracy, and accessibility guidelines before content ingestion.
  • Publish and maintain digital content within the content management system, strictly following established workflows and release requirements.
  • Support bulk content ingestion workflows for both English and localized versions, coordinating seamlessly with content, design, and localization teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, tracking systems, status updates, and audit trails for all publishing activities.
  • Identify repetitive or error-prone content operations and translate them into clear recommendations for automation requirements and maintainable workflows.
  • Develop, test, document, and maintain scripts and lightweight tools using scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution development, troubleshoot issues, and enhance documentation.
  • Consolidate existing scripts into simple, reliable end-to-end tools, striving for one-click workflows where feasible.
  • Create insightful dashboards and reporting solutions to provide visibility into publishing workstreams, throughput, quality metrics, and potential blockers.
  • Develop clear process documentation, user guidance, and support materials to ensure automated solutions are widely adopted and easily maintained by the broader team.
  • Strategically balance automation with appropriate human review, ensuring that solutions enhance efficiency without compromising content quality or publishing controls.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital content publishing, content operations, content management, production, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise with leading productivity suite applications, particularly document, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Hands‑on experience using a content management or publishing platform to prepare, publish, update, and maintain digital content.
  • Strong understanding of content publishing lifecycles, including intake, metadata preparation, quality assurance, localization, ingestion, release, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience automating workflows with Python, PowerShell, or another scripting language.
  • Experience using AI‑assisted development tools to create scripts or automated solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven experience performing structured quality assurance against defined requirements or checklists.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple publishing and automation priorities independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical and non‑technical teams, proactively surface risks and dependencies, and translate operational needs into clear strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with APIs, Git‑based workflows, command‑line tools, or dashboard and reporting solutions.
  • Experience developing batch‑processing tools, validation frameworks, or internal utilities for content or quality operations.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, prompt‑based workflows, or human‑in‑the‑loop quality processes.
