FULLY REMOTE CONTENT DESIGNER ONGOING CONTRACT

Must haves

• 6+ years of content design experience.
• Someone who thinks creatively and possesses strong analytical skills.
• Experience with AI design, prompt engineering.
• Exposure to AI tools including but not limited to: ChatGPT, Gemini, OpenAI, Adept, Inflection.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Drupal.

Plusses

• Experience in the merchant space.

Job Description:

This individual will focus on integrating the checkout experience for small businesses and companies like Uber and Airbnb. They will work on revising all content to create a comprehensive resource for developers seeking guidance, and implement AI agents to assist with framework and system building. The candidate should be comfortable with high uncertainty, think creatively, and suggest process improvements. Familiarity with AI, coding, and writing for chatbot tools is highly preferred.
